Detecting cancers at an early stage can help prevent cancers from developing and support diagnosis and treatment. To support World Cancer Day, health, wellbeing, and Cancer organizations across Salford are working together to raise awareness about the importance of finding upper gastrointestinal (GI) cancer early. The campaign aims to educate Salford men about the importance of being persistent if they notice ongoing signs and symptoms and to encourage them to seek medical attention if they suspect they may have upper GI cancer.
